I met PG Fitness when she was a kickboxing instructor and was impressed by her skill training a large group of people. Then, I happened to run in to her at the gym…. and decided to say hi and introduce myself personally. That’s where it all began! Not only was she so engaging and positive right from the start.. she also clearly knows what she is talking about. She talks the talk and walks the walk. Well in her case, she sprints!

I have learned so much from Patty, she has taught me to pay attention to what I am doing when I workout, correct sequences of HOW to workout and she has shown me so many cool moves…meaning there’s a million ways to do abs. The same old crunches you learned as a kid still work, but there are a ton of different and interesting ways to train abs. Same goes for every muscle group. That’s one of my favorite things about my workouts with Patty, she keeps it interesting. 

I highly recommend PG Fitness for all your fitness needs! She is an inspiration and she practices what she preaches. She is not going to try and sell you MLM “fitness drinks” or sell you ant quick fixes. She teaches the real deal..hard work, clean eating, and balance will get you to your goals…. and PG Fitness will help you! Thank you so much Patty, you have legitimately been a game changer for me.

“I started working wiht Patty Graham when she was a coach/manager at Ilovekickboxing in Oceanside, Ca. I was very impressed with her teaching skills. I was equally impressed with her knowledge of nutrition, food prep, weightlifting and everything that falls in those categories, including kickboxing. 

After being under her instruction for almost two years at Ilovekickboxing,  I knew she would be the only person I would want as a personal trainer. 

With her one-on-one training and nutrition coaching,  in just a month, I lost 8 pounds and over 7 inches though my midsection!

“I have been training with Patty for over 6 years now.  I think the thing that keeps me motivated and committed most to Patty is her dedication to the workouts she trains us in. You can tell that she puts time in to planning them.

I especially like the extra special touches she adds to them depending on the season or the holiday. (Pumpkins at Halloween, Easter eggs at Easter and clean food get togethers throughout the year.

One of my favorite workouts are her beach bootcamps, but the kettlebell workouts are fun too! Because of the creativity she puts in to the workouts, sometimes you forget or lose track of just how hard and challenging the workouts are.

Probably, the thing I am most grateful to Patty for, is keeping my Mom, who is 70, motivated and inspired to workout.

Patty is not only my trainer, but a friend. Starting my days out with my mom, cousin and Patty keeps me in shape and sane.

 Patty is awesome and her knowledge in the fitness industry is vast. She has been a conditioning coach for my beach volleyball team in the past and would cater the workout specifically to us to help improve our beach game, while also making it fun and different each time. I trained with her one on one later on at a time when I had lost some weight, but knew I needed to gain some muscle too. I didn’t know barely anything about strength training at the time and she helped teach me proper form and a better understanding of the correct exercises for me.  I highly recommend her if you are looking for a trainer. She’s super sweet, committed and will always have your back no matter what. 🙂
